B Logic Freight provides cross-border logistics, freight transportation (FTL and LTL), 3PL warehousing, customs brokerage coordination, nearshoring support and related 4PL services between Mexico and the United States. Service availability, pricing, transit times and operational scope are subject to written quotation and applicable service contracts.
3. User Obligations
When using this site or contracting our services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate and complete information when requesting quotes, contracting services or filling out any form.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including customs, tax, export-import and trade compliance requirements in both Mexico and the United States.
- Not use the site or services to transport prohibited, illegal, dangerous or restricted goods without the appropriate prior authorization and documentation.
- Not interfere with, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the site, its systems or related infrastructure.
4. Quotations and Service Contracts
Information published on this site (rates, transit times, coverage areas, certifications) is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Every commercial operation requires a written quotation issued by B Logic and acceptance by the client. Service contracts, invoicing and operational terms are governed by the specific agreement signed by both parties for each engagement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, brand names ("B Logic", "B Logic Freight", "Blogic"), text, graphics, images, videos, source code, design and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Blogic Inc. and/or Blogic S.A. de C.V., and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use this content without prior written authorization, except for legitimate personal or informational use.
6. Confidentiality and Data
B Logic handles client information with confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations in Mexico and the United States. Operational data (shipment details, cargo descriptions, routes, schedules) is used exclusively to provide the contracted services and is not shared with third parties without justification, except as required by law or by competent customs/tax authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
B Logic strives to provide reliable logistics services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, error-free information on this site, or specific outcomes for each operation. The limits of liability for cargo, transit times, damages or losses are established in each service contract and are subject to the carrier insurance terms, applicable freight liability conventions (such as the Carmack Amendment in the U.S. and the corresponding Mexican regulation) and the conditions accepted at the time of quotation.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B Logic Freight, its subsidiaries, officers, employees and operating partners from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) misuse of the site or services, (c) inaccurate information provided by you, or (d) operational issues caused by undeclared cargo or by failure to comply with applicable customs/regulatory requirements.
9. Modifications to the Terms
B Logic may update these Terms at any time. Significant modifications will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico for operations executed by Blogic S.A. de C.V., and by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, for operations executed by Blogic Inc. Any controversy arising from the use of the site or the provision of services shall be resolved by the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless the corresponding service contract establishes otherwise (arbitration, alternative forum, etc.).
